USER AGREEMENT

The free listings apply to property for sale in Pinellas County Florida. This site is not intended for real estate agents or others representing sellers of real estate. Free postings will be listed for up to 30 days and you can list as many properties for sale. At the end of the 30 days you can opt to renew the listing for another 30 days.

By signing up and listing your property you agree to maintain your listing and provide accurate information to our web site's visitors and prospective clients. You also undertake to remove or mark as sold any sold property you have listed as soon as it is sold and also maintain the availability for any listed property. All listings and modifications of listings are subject to approval by PinellasLand.com who can refuse to accept a listing for any reason. Approved listings and modifications will be activated and be available online within 24 hours from the time of listing. If amendments and/or clarifications will be required you will be contacted by our listings editors.

Your email address will only be used by us to contact you on matters relating to your account and a link will be provided always in our communications so that if you wish you may unsubscribe. We maintain a strict privacy policy. Your email address will never be communicated to any third parties.
